THE SMALL-BUILDER PROBLEM

Being a Smaller Account Shouldn’t Mean Being Overlooked.

Small builders are often left chasing quotes, checking quantities, and finding dependable service while keeping jobs and crews moving. The Advantage Network brings those purchasing needs together and approaches suppliers with combined demand and clear expectations.

Small builders. Combined volume. A stronger position at the purchasing table.

THE ADVANTAGE

Better Buying Starts With More Than a Lower Quote.

01

Combined purchasing power

We bring builders’ demand for framing packages, doors, and trim together and negotiate with suppliers on the group’s behalf.

02

Clear material comparisons

We compare quantities, specifications, delivery charges, and exclusions so you can see what each package actually includes.

03

Plan-specific takeoffs

Material quantities connect to your project plans. Color-coded framing layouts help you and your framing crew understand where specified materials belong.

04

Supplier accountability

We document agreed scope and terms and help coordinate the resolution of purchasing discrepancies.

You decide which projects to submit and which purchasing opportunities work for your business.

THE POWER OF COMBINED VOLUME

One Builder Buys a Package. A Network Brings Volume.

You keep running your own business. The network brings suppliers a larger purchasing opportunity—and gives participating builders a stronger position at the negotiating table.

HOW IT WORKS

Start With Your Next Project.

STEP 1

Join the Network

Start with a builder inquiry. Discuss your material needs and review the Founding Builder agreement before deciding to enroll. An inquiry is not membership.

STEP 2

Set Up a Project and Submit Plans

After your member access is approved, create a project in the builder portal and attach plans and available quotes. Use your AN number and Job Number to identify the work.

STEP 3

Review Pricing and Quotes

Compare scope, quantities, exclusions, delivery charges, and the supplier’s documented pricing period before choosing a package.

STEP 4

Purchase and Coordinate Deliveries

Confirm the supplier’s written terms and coordinate your order and deliveries. Keep purchase documents tied to your project so network purchases can be reviewed.

CURRENT PURCHASING FOCUS

Complete Framing Packages. Doors and Trim.

We combine independent builders’ purchasing volume to negotiate supplier pricing and establish clear service expectations.

01 / STRUCTURE

Complete framing packages

Lumber and related framing materials, LVLs, I-joists, floor trusses, and roof trusses—reviewed against your project’s plans and specifications.

02 / FINISH

Doors and trim

Clearly identified products, quantities, and specifications. We compare the complete package so exclusions and delivery charges are visible before purchase.

The supplier’s written quote or price book identifies covered products, pricing periods, and applicable conditions. No blanket discount, fixed pricing window, or guaranteed savings is promised.

YOUR PRIVATE BUILDER WORKSPACE

Your projects. Your documents. One place to keep track.

Approved members can use the existing builder portal to organize projects and upload plans and purchase documents. You may coordinate directly with your supplier; include your AN number and Job Number so the records can be matched to your company and project.

Quote review and delivery coordination depend on the project and supplier’s agreed scope. Automated supplier invoice feeds and automatic purchase or rebate reconciliation are not currently connected; those records require review.

Member access is approved separately. Sending an inquiry does not create a portal account or grant access to member pricing.
